Jason was excellent from start to finish. He was easy to contact when booking a time to see him and arranging a few visits. He gave me advice on both the ring and diamond choice and helped guide me to make the best decision. I felt I was given open and honest advice based on years of knowledge and not just trying to make the sale so at no point did I feel pressured to buy. It was also great to see the workshop and tools. Most importantly the ring looks fantastic and gets a lot of compliments.
