So when I arrived for my appointment I was presented with several options to help piece together the perfect ring. I was given time to go away and think about my decision before confirming my order and encouraged to visit other jewellers. There was no “pushy” sales techniques and in fact I think Jason and the team at Max Diamonds struck the right level between personal and business. I was given email.updates with photos of the progress of my ring as it was made and polished and was ready for me to collect on the arranged date. The ring itself is of fantastic quality and the service was amazing. I recommend Max Diamonds to everyone and seeing as she said yes! We are now arranging to go back for our wedding rings as well.
